It's easy to be wise after the event - but with us we let you know in advance what is important for your holiday in the Hotel Tyrol in Scena. Here you will find our GTCs and further information for a carefree holiday.

General information

Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Dogs are welcome on request and for a fee of € 25 per day (food not included). Please bring your own dog bed or blanket. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area, or on the lawn. Upon request, you may dine together with your dog in the lobby.
A reserved parking space in the underground garage is available for € 10 per day.
For children sharing a room with their parents, we charge € 6 per year of age per day, including the children’s half board.
Charging for electric cars is available in our underground garage (Type 2 plug connection).
Prices per person and day including VAT and gourmet half board with breakfast and dinner.
Tourist tax: Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 3,80 per person/night.

Cancellation

Definition of “confirmation deposit” (Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code):
If one party pays a deposit at the time of contract conclusion, this deposit is either returned or credited to the final balance upon fulfillment of the contract.
If the guest (the paying party) fails to fulfill the contract, the hotel may withdraw and retain the deposit.
If the hotel (the receiving party) fails to fulfill its obligations, the guest may withdraw and claim double the amount of the deposit.

A reservation is considered binding once a confirmation deposit of € 200 per room has been received.
The deposit forms part of the accommodation contract in accordance with Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code and will be credited towards the total amount upon arrival.

In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge.
The deposit paid will not be refunded but credited as a voucher for a future stay.
29–14 days before arrival: 30% of the confirmed booking amount.
13–7 days prior to arrival: 60% of the confirmed booking amount.
From 6 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 90% of the confirmed booking amount

The deposit will be credited towards this amount and is non-refundable.

Cancellations are only valid in written form.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself from possible costs.

Payment Methods

We accept debit cards, bank transfers, cash payments and credit cards (Mastercard/Visa).
Business cards, American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.
