Leisure activities in Scena & Merano

It's not like it's just boring to spend your holidays by the pool. If you don't want to get up from your lounger in the cosy garden, we understand that, of course. But if you do feel like a bit of variety, there is more than enough choice around Scena and Merano. The more energetic and active among you can look forward: we know of a few brisk excursions that will awaken your thirst for discovery.

Nordic walking takes you through nature with two poles or on 7 NW trails through the "Nature.Fitness.Park Scena, Merano 2000 e Hirzer". You can take a look at the area around Merano from above during a spectacular paragliding flight with the Ifinger Tandem Club. The surroundings can also be wonderfully discovered on horseback (riding stables in Scena, Avelengo, Verano, Meltina or Passiria). If you are a fan of ball sports, you can live out your passion by playing tennis (in Scena, Merano & Marlengo) or a game of golf (in the Passeier Valley & in Lana). Would you like a little more adrenaline? Then off to one of the high ropes’ courses nearby (Terlano or Taser above Scena) or to Merano 2000, where a ride on the Alpine Bob, Italy's largest mountain roller coaster, awaits you! Experienced everything? Then treat yourself again to a few chill-out hours by the pool, in the sauna, at the bar, enjoying the Tyrol delicacies...
