Our gourmet half board combines the lightness of the antipasti and salad buffet with a freshly prepared three-course gourmet menu of your choice, served at your table.
The cuisine is Alpine-Mediterranean in style, inspired by the seasons and focused on homemade dishes and carefully selected regional products.
What to expect each day
Breakfast
Generous buffet with regional products, freshly prepared egg dishes, coffee specialities and fruit juices.
Afternoon snack
Fresh panini and homemade cakes, prepared daily.
In the evening
Antipasti and salad buffet followed by a served three-course gourmet menu of your choice.
We are happy to accommodate individual wishes, food intolerances and special dietary requirements.
Special evenings
Once a week, we invite you to a gala dinner.
Depending on the season, special evenings such as live cooking on the terrace (weather permitting), a traditional Törggele menu in autumn or changing culinary themes complement the programme.
Homemade pasta specialities, seasonal inspirations and a close connection to regional ingredients characterise these culinary highlights.
Stay flexible
On selected evenings, you may choose to forgo the served gourmet menu and enjoy a deliberately lighter evening instead.
